No. Guests open a simple web page by scanning a QR code. That is enough to get access, with strong room-level access controls behind it. If needed, they can also enter the per-room code manually. It works on any modern phone browser without installation.
Do we need PMS integration or IT work?
No PMS integration is required. Staff can learn the workflow in one day.
How much staff education is needed?
